Material HandlerSRO Material Handler Monitors/tracks materials, tools and equipment orders upon receipt.Keep track of parts that have been ordered from maintenance planners, status of delivery, where is it.Follows up with vendors of materials, tools, or equipment to understand delivery timing and ensure they meet delivery dates.If the company won’t meet the delivery date, follow-up with correct personnel to determine if it should be expedited.Reviews material status report tools to assure on-time delivery including refurbishment itemsCoordinates the disposition of all surplus materialFocal Point for bin stock, working directly with WAC s/ technicians/Material Coordinator to ensure that what is being stocked is also what is being used in the field best use of bin stockReceives materials/tools/equipment at warehouse/receiving dock for maintenance jobsChecks order against the shipping ticket for maintenance jobsStores material/tools/equipment in correct locations for maintenance jobsMat 9 in SAP when material/tools/equipment when received for maintenance jobs.Informs SDM Planner via email to update PM order so that it will come to schedule when parts are available for maintenance Job.Coordinates the distribution of materials/equipment/tools from warehouse inventoryReviews pre-schedule to ensure that material is staged for the next day s jobsWorks with WAC Stages/Kits material/Tools/equipment for the next days planned jobs.Arrange materials, tools and equipment in a manner, that it can be identified and picked up according to job needs.Pick up materials/tools from different vendors.WAC/MC will be the primary decision maker for Hot Shots.Deliver parts to MRO to stock when new spare part is added.Excluding pumps compressors.MT ME work with MRO warehouse.Pick up/ deliver/ return material and tools as needed.Track inventory and request refills on safety equipment for maintenance personnel.Turn paperwork into receiving for Goods Receipts.Maintain material marshaling spreadsheet dailyKelly Services is committed to employee inclusion through our dedication to foster an innovative workforce by recognizing, celebrating, and embracing the diversity that all Kelly employees bring to our organization and our customers.Why Kelly®?As a worker today, it’s up to you to take charge of your career and look for opportunities to learn, grow, and achieve your potential.
