Real Estate Assistant Job Description

I am looking for an organized Real Estate Assistant to support my growing Keller Williams Real Estate Team. The Real Estate Assistant's key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Key Assistant Responsibilities

Setting appointments/Nurturing relationships within customer database

Entering listings into FMLS/MLS-ensure and check for accuracy

Designing marketing materials for our listings and for farming campaigns

Searching for potential properties for clients based on needs analysis data; Setting up Searches

Enter new clients into the company database (Set tasks for agent to follow up with said leads)

Calling Agents for Feedback and Creating a Daily/Weekly Report for Clients

Write Offers on behalf of agent for his clients and set up e-sign session

Performing Valuations for Prospective Investment Properties

Staying in Touch with my current client database

Creating Facebook/Google Paid Advertising Ads

Installing Sign Riders and Lockboxes, installing open house signs (Mainly Gwinnett County)

Keeping Watch on Company Email, creating tasks as they come in, returning emails on my behalf, setting my calendar weekly and as it changes daily when allowed.

Uploading Contracts to KW Command and create compliance checklist

Additional Real Estate Assistant Responsibilities:

Greeting clients, answering the telephone and making follow-up calls.

Preparing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements.

Preparing real estate forms and documents.

Coordinating showings, assisting at open houses, and obtaining feedback.

Ordering/Creating marketing materials, preparing and distributing marketing materials.

Maintaining electronic and paper filing systems.

Preparing listing materials and posting property listings.

Managing a client database and preparing reports.

Assisting with closing processes.

Performing other duties as assigned.

I need quality representation so that I may give my clients exceptional representation. I am looking for someone down to earth, hard working, has a desire to learn and master several important facets of the real estate business. This job is far from mundane or monotonous. Wage growth is directly tied to production; you will be able to help me get to the next level after you have received lots of training from myself and also from Keller Williams Realty classes/staff so that we can get you to the next level. There are huge opportunities for growth after you understand the basics and help me establish the foundation of our real estate team!

Real Estate Assistant Requirements:

High school diploma/GED.

Degree educated preferred.

Previous experience in the real estate industry is beneficial.

Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong numeracy and organizational skills.

Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Strong attention to detail.

Must pass background check
