- Advise the business units of the group of companies in all legal matters in an independent and self-reliant manner
- Review and create contracts of all kinds, especially in IT law
- Negotiate contracts with international customers and partners, and evaluate their terms and conditions
- Assume responsibility for reviewing and implementing compliance policies
- Ensure legal control and advice in cross-divisional projects
- Occasionally travel to meet different teams and partners
- You are a fully qualified lawyer and have at least 5-7 years of professional experience, ideally from an international environment or a law firm providing business advice
- Knowledge of legal regimes in the LATAM region and respective business experience
- You have legal experience in IP/IT law and ideally also knowledge of data protection law
- You find it easy to familiarize yourself with unfamiliar legal topics and complex, technical issues
- You are characterized by a conscientious way of working, a solution-oriented way of thinking, negotiating skills and an understanding of economic contexts
- You have the ability to work independently and with a high degree of autonomy in legal matters
- You have a very good command of written and spoken English
