If so, lets talk.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesThe TSS Lead Validation and Assignment Specialist will work directly with IBM internal teams and external clients to understand, validate and ensure completeness of necessary information required for assignment of new sales opportunities to TSS sellers for opportunity ownership. Validated new sales opportunities will be sent to the correct sales channel and the correct TSS opportunity owner.The TSS Lead Validation and Assignment Specialist will analyze all leads to ensure opportunities are routed to the correct opportunity owner, eliminating client responsiveness delays. Leads will be received via telephone, web portals, e-mail ID, forms and marketing campaigns. Validation will include ensuring correct TSS offering description, offering and/or campaign codes are included in a ATLAS CRM or COL record. The TSS Lead Validation Specialist will conduct research preventing duplication to existing opportunity and secure client credit card authorization if required. He/ or she will optimize all cross functional team and client interactions ensuring positive lead submission experience and drive incremental TSS growth.Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Demonstrated client and internal communications skills (verbal, written)

Knowledge of lead validation techniques

Appreciation of vital role lead validation plays as part of end to end sales process

Experience with ATLAS CRM based opportunity management tools and processes

Problem solving, creative thinking, and time management

Positive Attitude

Technology agility, ability to work with web based tools, MS Excel, MS Power Point, email systems

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

Understanding of TSS portfolio

TSS offering knowledge

Great at multi-tasking

Cross team collaboration - TSS/Client team/Delivery/Business Partner

Ability to push through internal process

Ability to handle escalations

Strong business acumen
