Find your future with us.The Boeing Global Services (BGS) Product Support, Integrated Product Team is currently looking for an Associate Logistics Support Analysis Engineer to join our team supporting Boeing Defense Systems (BDS) Phantom Works in either Hazelwood, MO, or Berkeley, MO.Our amazing team of engineers while working alongside and with the support of manufacturing, human factors, fabrication, and other Boeing Integrated Product and Engineering teams are tasked with the creation, design, development, modification, proof of concept, verification, testing, and demonstration of products and solutions for some of the most interesting logistics, publication, and training challenges.Do you want to be part of something agile, bigger, better, faster, while making a difference in the world using your unique knowledge, skills, talents, and experiences?Do you want to be part of a team where; your creativity is challenged, your skills utilized, your experiences called on, you are asked to envision the impossible into the possible, to be perform with excellence and maintain first time quality, along with superb customer focus and service?If you answered yes and are ready to be part of a team that thrives on having creative freedom, uses leading edge technologies to influence, develop, maintain, and perform; Engineering Data Exploitation, Integrated Logistic Support Engineering, Logistic Support Analysis, Obsolescence Management, Reliability and Maintainability, Reliability Centered Maintenance Analysis, Technical Publications, and Training Courseware development on new and cutting edge develop programs and platforms, then the BGS Product Support, Integrated Product Team is for you.This role will require an individual contributor to provide logistical analysis and support, publication, and training courseware development for multiple proprietary programs within BDS Phantom Works and other programs as needed in a variety of logistics roles with focus on Publication development, Logistics Support Analysis data, provisioning, and training. Support Depot operations, supply and support tracking, failure analysis, life cycle management, technical documentations, Level of Repair Analysis, and logistics/maintenance planning. Specific responsibilities include populating multiple databases with technical information and producing reports for a series of contract deliverables. The candidate will participate in multiple customer conferences, interface with customers to include phone and e-mail inquiries on multiple topics and provide updates to the multiple program schedules. Occasional travel may be required (up to 10%).This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.Position Responsibilities:Develops, produces, delivers, sustains, and manages S1000D compliant operating, wiring, and maintenance publications and or technical orders.

Establishes and sustains data elements associated with the logistics support analysis record. Evaluates engineering data and documentation to identify supportability requirement gaps and initiates resolution.

Establishes technical requirements to determine project scope and deliverables.

Evaluates engineering data for supportability for all major equipment systems or platforms for multiple customers.

Identifies alternatives to obsolescence issues.

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience) :Experience with Instructional Design methodologies

Experience working with customers

proficient utilizing the Microsoft Office Suite?

Experience in a role that required strong technical, analytical, and writing skills

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience) :Experience with graphic manipulation tools or equivalent

Experience gathering, preparing and analyzing engineering or technical data or equivalent for the development of support products including logistics engineering, logistics support analysis, technical publications, support equipment, spares, provisioning, field services, maintenance and operator training, etc., supporting product life cycle or equivalent.

Experience with data elements associated with the logistics support analysis records or equivalent

Experience with Logistics Support Analysis Database (GEIA-STD-007) or equivalent

Familiar with MIL-STD-1388 and GEIA-STD-007 standards and formats, including data items and definitions or equivalent

Understanding of how to read and interpret engineering drawings and parts lists or equivalent
