Customer Service Specialist

Our customer service team is a hybrid of client services and team management. Here you will learn the necessary skills to lead and manage people. Candidates should have excellent communication skills and understand the importance of following up with clients to make sure they fully understand their benefits so we can fill their needs.

Qualifications:

1-3 years of customer service experience

Ability to do face-to-face meetings with clients

Ability to multi-task

Ethical and honest business practices
