Job Description
Freddy’s is seeking a friendly and focused restaurant professional who has a self-starting personality. Restaurant Supervisors must be willing to “pitch-in” and help co-workers with their job duties such as cook, cashier, and custard making. On-the-jobtraining and ongoing development will be provided as well as opportunities for advancement into a salaried manager position.

Qualifications
Requirements for restaurant hourly supervisors – shift leaders:- One year of experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry required
- Desire to lead by example and work in a team environment
- Desire to grow and develop with Freddy’s
- Natural leadership skills
- Effective communication skills
- Willingness to learn new skills
- Must be willing to undergo a background check if you’re 18 or older
