Find your future with us.Boeing's Law and Global Compliance | Ethics organization is seeking a Lead Ethics and Compliance Advisor to support the Ethics Operations Conflict of Interest, Business Courtesies and Monitoring Team. This lead position will provide oversight, quality review and execution of ethics case management processes with a strong focus on quality monitoring and internal controls.This role can be based in any of the following locations: Seattle, WA; Everett, WA; Auburn, WA; Mesa, AZ; North Charleston, SC; San Antonio, TX; Seal Beach, CA; Arlington, VA; Hazelwood, MO; Ridley Park, PA or Renton, WA.Position Responsibilities:
- Ensures awareness and mitigation of risks through the development, implementation, and execution of a comprehensive quality monitoring program with particular focus on intake and triage mechanisms and processes, formal allegation review; business courtesies and conflict of interest guidance
- Utilizes monitoring results to identify process improvements and additional training opportunities
- Partners with leadership and internal stakeholders to identify issues arising within the enterprise and provides advice/assistance on ethical policies
- Coordinates ethics program effectiveness through the identification and escalation of emerging compliance risks to senior leadership and internal partners
- Reviews incoming conflict of interest disclosures, business courtesy inquiries, and enterprise allegations, providing proper guidance
- Participates in improving operations and mitigating risks through compliance initiatives and special projects
- Provides guidance, coaching and mentoring to lower-level staff
- Assumes additional responsibilities, as needed
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 10+ years of experience working within compliance and/or ethics
- 10+ years of experience in cross functional leadership, collaborative problem solving and building lasting relationships and proficiency in written and verbal communication
- 10+ years experience working with sensitive information and safeguarding confidential information
- 10+ years experience in advising and influencing managers or non-managers to meet schedules or resolve technical or operational problems
- Advanced degree in a relevant field, such as compliance, risk management, communications, business administration, or a J.D.
- Experience in developing and facilitating training to employees at all level
