Broadridge is growing, and we have an opportunity to join our Customer Communications team. Weproduce a variety of transactional and event-driven communications including bills, statements, letters, checks/payments, explanation of benefits (EOBs), confirmations, and direct mail via a wide variety of channels – print, digital and archival media.

As a

Digital Client Relationship Specialist, you are the primary contact for direct digital client day-to-day support of clients with high complexity. In addition to your direct client function, the DCR Specialist is responsible for project management and contract process management support when required (including documentation of client project requirements). This may be with opportunities beyond those of your direct assignment. This role will handle high level client discussions involving strategic initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:

  • You will maintain exceptional client relationships; leads investigation and successfully resolves any service/delivery and/or billing issues.
  • Responsible for all planning surrounding daily, month-end and annual production runs. This includes ensuring approval procedures are in place, release configurations are accurate, email templates are updated as needed, communicating progress to the client and providing any reporting back to client
  • Lead higher level client issues, escalate when appropriate Responsible for training, mentoring and coaching team members
  • Plan and execute strategic business reviews with strategic conversations with an emphasis on contract acumen for Digital Client Relations
  • Obtain, understand clients’ goals and translate to Broadridge digital service offering
  • Work with client and internal resources to implement client changes Ability to have client discussions at peer level and senior level
  • Ability to influence, assemble and present client savings, improvements and solution opportunities
  • Partner with internal clients to maintain and keep current knowledge of Broadridge Digital Products
  • Be the contact person for the Client Relationship Managers in offering Digital solutions to our client opportunities
  • Responsible for contract process management and audit
  • Identifies and participates in meetings to implement process improvements.
  • Participates in cross functional groups that are implementing business initiatives

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • At least 4 years in a Digital Client facing role
