The Stoll Group, a boutique law firm in Ballard, seeks a full-time junior associate attorney to join our growing practice. Qualifications for this position are:

2+ years of experience with probate, trusts, and estate planning, as well as business contracts and acquisitions, including corporate, partnership, and limited liability company matters.

Prior experience in complimentary practice areas, such as real estate and tax, is also preferred.

Candidates must be admitted to the Washington state bar, in good standing, and should be able to demonstrate:

Strong interpersonal skills, a high degree of maturity, and a proven willingness to accept significant responsibility and manage client relationships.

Excellent academic background, client communication skills, and drafting and negotiation skills.

Exemplary work ethic, and ability to generate high quality work product efficiently.

Outstanding research capabilities and analytical skills to successfully identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.

Proficiency with common software applications (Microsoft Office Applications, Adobe) and cloud-based applications (billing/timekeeping and case management).
