Hello! We are hiring an administrative assistant that will also be responsible for some personal assistant duties of the company owners. There are a few companies under the same ownership that you will be working for. We are looking for a flexible, self motivated, self taught, experienced individual to bring on long term and help us succeed and advance each company. Duties vary from elementary repetitive tasks to executive level assignments.

Please understand that the owners are looking for someone that is completely flexible with their assigned tasks and duties. There may be times where the owners ask you to prep their Newport Beach Residence or Yacht to ensure laundry is complete, clean up after their stay, or pick up and drop their dogs off at doggy daycare. They may ask you to travel with them to one of their residents in Lake Havasu or Minnesota short term (3-7 days). However, out of state travel is not a requirement of the position but is preferred.

Higher level tasks include project admin management of high dollar projects, assisting in coordination of events on the Yacht for 50-70+ people, and all other recurring executive and admin responsibilities that relate to the companies. Much more info regarding this will be provided over phone and in person interviews. This is a dynamic position with consistent upward advancement opportunities (and pay). The owners are looking for someone seeking a lifetime career opportunity. This is not a static 40 hour office desk position. Some days you will be working from the top deck of a yacht, at a clients job site, from the owner's residence, the beach, or your home.

Below you will find a non-exclusive list of tasks, assignments, and duties you may be responsible for:

Establish and maintain social media accounts for the companies

Conduct departmental and account audits to ensure procedure compliance

Conduct field inspections of employees on different job sites to ensure compliance of policies

Deliver uniforms & equipment to field assigned employees

Manage inventory of uniforms and equipment- track what is issued and collected

Manage expenses including proper tracking and filing of receipts in Quickbooks

Manage companies AP/AR using Quickbooks and other online software

Schedule and track owners meetings, to-do items, etc.

Purchase company supplies, equipment, etc.

Project management of certain short term and long term projects for both the companies and owners personal agenda.

Responsible for certain owners personal errands and chores

Event coordination

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $16.00 to $20.00 /hour
