Paralegal – Real Property

Established Oahu-based estate planning firm in downtown Honolulu seeks a real property paralegal.

The ideal candidate would have:

Legal experience in Hawaii

Experience in drafting Hawaii real property documents including conveyance documents, affidavits and Land Court petitions. Familiarity with estate planning, probate and trust administration a plus.

Ability to work with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)

Excellent written and verbal communication

Ability to work independently in a multi-task environment

Ability to take ownership for solving problems and to make sound decisions within area of responsibility

Excellent organizational & time management skills

Detail oriented
