Need Immediately - Residential maintenance technician with basic skills in apartment maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Experience required. Skills needed include plumbing, HVAC, electrical and general home repairs. CFC certificate required. Must be willing to learn, hard worker and energetic. Wage varies depending upon experience. North Carolina driver's license required / background checks will be done. Drug free workplace with pre-employment drug test required.
