Job Description
ResponsibilitiesWhat will I do as an Pickup & DeliveryManager?You willoversee all aspects of our Pickup & Deliveryoperations and guest services.
Some duties include:- Work closely with our Guest Relations Department to schedule customerpickup & deliveries.
- Dispatch the pickup & deliveryteam members in the most efficiently manner possible based on time constraints and customer demand.
- Ability to plan and manage a team in a high paced environment.
- Manage from anoffsite office at times.
- Develop and outline best practicesin order to serve our guests properly.
- Direct Responsibilityfor the proper functioning and operation of the pickup & delivery team.
- Working knowledge of the Standard Operating Procedures of all levels of the entire pickup & deliveryoperation.
- Responsible for ensuring all Standard Operating Procedures are being carried out by all pickup & deliveryassociates while under his/her management.
- Ensure all high levelfinal decisions regarding the associates, client, operations and guests are run through the GeneralManager for approval first before taking action. (Varying levels of authority may be assigned.)
- Possess and use aggressive hospitality skills in order to portray an image of professionalism that is guaranteed to ensure total guest satisfaction.
- Closely monitor the status of the pickup & deliveryoperation that will include, but not be limited to: associate related issues, operations related issues, guest related issues, loss prevention issues and office requirements.
- Assist the General Manager in maintaining sufficient staffing and ensure proper training, coaching, and be able to fill in at store level if necessary.
- Maintain and exercise the culture and philosophy of Christian Brothers Automotiveat all times.

Qualifications
Desirable Qualifications:- Valet experience.
- 3+ years' service related management experience.
- Proven ability to manage a team.
- Ability to communicate in other languages, Spanish preferred.
- Previous guest relations training.
- Previous formal parking or hotel management training.

Using a standard handset phone several times daily
