HVAC Residential Lead Installer (farmers branch)

We are looking for an HVAC LEAD INSTALLER to join our team! You will Install, Heating and Air conditioning systems on residential and multifamily homes. Work performed in the DFW Metroplex Monday to Friday. NO SUB contractors PLEASE

Lead installers only, please

Responsibilities:

Inspect and perform equipment change outs

Perform routine preventative maintenance

Respond to emergency Install and maintenance requests (Most weekends off)

Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Must be able to remove and install all types of Heating and Air Conditioning ventilation and equipment.

Qualifications:

4 years of previous experience in HVAC

Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams

EPA certification

Valid driver's license

Be able to pass a background check and a drug test

Have your own tools

Ability to handle physical workload

Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
