You’ll be part of an organization whose influence is felt globally, as we manage the critical systems and technology platforms needed to maintain the company’s market-leading positions in all its businesses, including deposits, payment products, consumer lending, wealth management, small business and middle-market lending, treasury services, investment banking, and sales and trading.As a Year Up Program hire on the Global Information Security team, your key tasks and responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

Provide analytical, strategic and technical skills to design, develop, implement and use state-of-the-art technology cyber security solutions aimed at reducing risk.

Responsible for delivering innovative capabilities in team environment, as well as leveraging skills, background and interests for a specific group within Global Information Security.

Incumbents will dedicate half of their time to individual contributions and half as part of a competitive team in order to put their skills to the test aimed at solving systemic information security challenges.Minimum Qualifications

Must be a successful current program participant in the Year Up Program.

Previous experience in Application Development or hands-on testing is desired, but not required

Experience working in Agile or Waterfall methodology and a deep understanding of various phases of the Software Development Life Cycle

Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both technology/development and business partners – ability to translate between these two constituencies

Information Security, Auditing, or Control Function background is nice to have, but is not required

Solid grasp of how technology interacts with other technology

Heavy data analytics background is often very helpful (e.g. SQL queries, manipulation of data within Excel)

Working experience in various technology environments/languages/platforms preferred

Possesses strong hands-on technical skills

Highly organized self-starter who can deliver results with minimal direction

Creative and proactive problem solver – ability to quickly grasp what the team needs and offer suggestions above and beyond what they are asking for

Naturally curious individual with the ability to adapt and become an authority in the various data and systems used by the team

Strong relationship, team building, and facilitation skills

Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Visio

Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Detail orientated and teamwork orientation

Demonstrated problem solving abilities

Leadership skills

Commitment to building a complete technical and business skill set
