Things are busy in the In Home Appliance repair business despite the challenges of Covid-19.

Diamond Factory Service is a household appliance repair company that provides customers with in home repair service on refrigerators, washer, dryers, dishwashers, ranges and microwaves. We primarily focus on the Whirlpool family of brands. For those that may not know, Whirlpool's family of brands include Whirlpool, Maytag, Kitchen Aid, Jenn-Air, Amana, Admiral, Ikea and several others.

Covid-19 has had a significant impact on how we go about providing the essential services our customers need. From Whirlpool's call center talking with customers, to our own call center reps along with our call screeners, we are all focussed on making sure that the customer's residence is free of any Covid-19 related concerns. On top of that, our techs are provided with hand sanitizer, product sanitizer, masks, social distancing rules more rigid than even the CDC suggests, and the freedom to pull any call from their day if they have any Covid-19 related concerns.

We didn't arrive late to this either. We've been talking about this since late January, buying supplies in February, and holding daily conference calls with the techs to provide updates and to hear any ideas or concerns.

Diamond is the only Whirlpool servicer in the State of Wisconsin distinguished as what Whirlpool refers to as a WFCC (Whirlpool Factory Certified Care service provider). Of the over 3,000 Whirlpool authorized providers nationwide, only 80 are awarded the WFCC badge. While there are many benefits, one key benefit is that Diamond receives Whirlpool dispatches before other service companies in the areas we operate. As a result, we are dispatched greater than 90% of the work Whirlpool distributes to Service Companies within the State.

We are looking for 1-2 technicians in Milwaukee area. For us the Milwaukee area runs from Waukesha to Lake Michigan, north to Port Washington, and south to Kenosha/Racine. While a technician's route does not encompass this large area, we place technicians throughout the area to meet our customer's needs and to operate efficiently.

Earnings vary based upon experience, but you can expect above average earnings for above average work. If you are an above average technician, and want to be a part of a business that values your contribution, and rewards you accordingly, we might be what you are looking for.
