With independent and company-owned locations throughout the United States and Canada, PacLease provides customized full-service lease, rental, and contract maintenance programs designed to meet your specific fleet needs.Requisition SummaryPacLease Truck Rental and Leasing is looking for a skilled and self-motivated individual to assist us in building a new heavy duty truck lease and rental operation in Baltimore, MD. At PacLease our goal is to provide premium products and a complete suite of transportation services with the lowest cost of ownership to our customers. This role will work to increase market penetration by renewing and selling full service leases, rental, and contract maintenance leases to qualified customers. This position is also responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies for lease sales with the Director. This position can quickly lead to advancement opportunities if so desired.Job Functions / Responsibilities

Develop and coordinate sales, marketing programs, and strategies for leasing and maximum rental utilization.

Create target lists within assigned territory and aggressively pursue creditworthy prospects.

Responsible for contacting new prospects via email programs, telemarketing, networking and cold calls.

Responsible for the establishment and growth of new truck rental operations in Atlanta.

Develop recommendations regarding fleet size and mix.

Develop and present sales proposals to new prospects for all product lines (e.g., rental, full service lease, contract maintenance, etc.).

Provide exceptional customer service to new and existing customers.

Assume P&L oversight.

Submit required reports (e.g., Weekly Plan and Sales Call Summary), to the Director.

Provide coverage for dispatch and return of rental vehicles.

Other duties as assigned.

Extensive local travel required.

Qualifications and Skills

3 to 5 years related experience in truck rental and full-service leasing sales.

Comfortable with cold call solicitation.

Resourceful and results oriented.

Exceptional verbal and written communication, effective time management, and strong analytical skills are a must.

Rental/leasing industry experience desired.

Familiar with heavy truck specifications including legal, performance, and application criteria.

Understands administrative and service features of full-service lease, and rental.

Detail oriented, organized, determined, ambitious and a “team player”.

Possess strong PC skills.
