Maintenance - Comfort Inn & Suites Boardwalk $16-$18 (Seaside)

The Comfort Inn & Suites in Seaside is offering a Generous Summer Bonus! There will be an additional $2.00 paid for every hour worked.

We are seeking an awesome Maintenance Technician to add to our dynamic team. We currently have 40 hours/week we are looking to fill. We are open 24 hours a day, so some flexibility is a plus.

Ideal candidates will have:

A positive outlook that is felt by guests and coworkers

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills that will help find solutions to unexpected situations

Knowledge of basic maintenance techniques to maintain a physical structure of hotel

Ability to communicate with all staff on items that need to be fixed, replaced, etc.

Good attendance

Job Responsibilities:

Maintain hotel, pool, and surrounding area, performing minor and routine painting, plumbing, electrical wiring, HVAC functions, and other related maintenance activities, using hand tools.

Notify management concerning need for major repairs

Learn emergency procedures.
