Director of Design and Construction

Secure our Nation, Ignite your FutureManTech is seeking a Director of Design and Construction for our Herndon, VA location.Responsibilities:

Technical expert in space standards, construction and workplace strategies

Manages all space and corporate real estate needs

Works and interfaces with the Executive team to provide comprehensive workplace strategies and space forecasting.

Administers the Facilities Management budget and staffing

Develops and implements long range planning for all Facilities Management task areas

Ensures compliance to corporate standards

Requirements:

4 year Degree in Interior Design from a "FIDER" accredited university program

Extensive experience in design management and construction administration

Extensive experience in preparing Design Programming documents and full Construction Drawings, and high proficiency in AutoCad Software and all Microsoft Suite software programs, as well as Adobe
