Our foundational success is based on the ability to operate efficiently, attract, retain, develop HR team members, strengthen controls, and scale technology infrastructure.The HR Data team is responsible for delivery of new applications as well as support and enhancement of existing tools. The HRTE Data group is hiring a HR Technology Enablement Support Consultant to serve as lead of the team supporting HR applications and integration. This lead will be focused on developing strong partnerships with business teams, understanding their needs, and helping to determine how data can best be managed to support their roadmaps and deliver value. This role will also require close consultation and collaboration with technology, QA, risk, compliance, and other key stakeholders. Ultimately, this individual and supporting team will be responsible for understanding and documenting business needs, and working with partners to deliver efficient, scalable, solutions that help to strengthen controls, manage risk, and deliver compelling user experience.Position Responsibilities:This position is responsible for integrating Enterprise Initiatives & HR technology project work into business as usual processes for HR Data Management which includes:

Govern access to HR data by applications across the Wells Fargo footprint and consult with application architects on alternate solutions, as appropriate

Consult with HR Consulting Program & Strategy Initiative leads on projects and initiatives including Efficiency and Effectiveness

Govern the redesign of HR data management processes across multiple platforms and applications in partnership with Sr. HR technology managers, HR functional leads, business partners and Risk Management

Oversee access to restricted, privileged and confidential data, including diversity and LBGT data

Engage key stakeholders including HR functional leaders, Senior Risk partners and PSI leads to obtain buy-in on HR Data management approach and policy changes

Support strategic initiatives such as NEXT HR and act as HR Liaison to Enterprise Access Management projects managing common milestone delivery for HR application profile.

Support Operational Excellence, regulatory, and risk initiatives to ensure the work efforts are defined and completed successfully

Collaborate with other key stakeholder functions to ensure ongoing strategic and tactical guidance and initiative support is provided, as necessary

Provide support to other HR TE teams in the integration/implementation of HR TE’s programs/services/initiatives

8+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: administrative support, project management, implementation, business operations or strategic planning demonstrated through work or military experience

Desired Qualifications:

Experience building and maintaining 3rd party relationships

Ability to influence and collaborate at all internal organizational levels

Ability to manage complex technology projects

Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Knowledge and understanding of project management methodologies: process improvements, continuous improvement, or LEAN

Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

Agile Certification

1+ years of experience leading SaaS application configuration

2+ years of Workday experience
