Enthusiastic Staging Assistant (san rafael)

MO Design is a Staging, Renovation and Interior Design firm located in San Rafael, CA. Known throughout Marin County, clients turn to us for our modern and contemporary aesthetic.

We are in search of a Staging Assistant to join our Marin based team. This position would support the entire team. This role is important and critical to completing every job. The job is filled with a myriad of tasks that will change daily. Primary role will be coordinate / support lead stagers at individual properties to meet their specific needs. It means keeping up on the details. The ideal candidate will be interfacing with clients to pull staging jobs at their completion, coordinating with the warehouse manager and assisting our moving teams. This individual will be asked to support many projects simultaneously.

Ideal Candidate Possesses:

At least 1-year experience in a fast-paced work environment

Team oriented & energetic positive attitude

Excellent organizational skills, work independently at times + meet deadlines

Excellent verbal communications skills with the ability to follow-up with team members and clients

Strong attention to detail

Computer experience is a plus – Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, Slack

Ability to be flexible + pivot on a dime to accommodate rapidly changing schedules

Interest in Interior Design is a plus!

Responsibilities Include:

Assist Team with prep for jobs at our Marin Warehouse when necessary (help pull accessories – to include art, bedding, towels, etc. from inventory)

Assist Team with pulling staging from homes

Must be flexible and adaptable to the ever-changing needs

Make regular trips to Home Depot, garden centers, hardware stores etc.

Run various errands to include – picking up keys, making keys, checks, return to existing properties to change out items

Assist stagers on-location (including help accessorize, make beds, create flower/plant arrangements, steam furniture & bedding etc.)
