Bookkeeper & Customer Service (Remote Position (after training))

Bookkeeper & Customer Service position for experienced individual. Perhaps a stay-at-home dad or mom with years of experience previously, now looking for a part time job from home (after a week long training).

Hours are flexible (somewhat) though generally must be able to take/return calls throughout the day and into early evening. More outgoing calls than incoming.

Part time (up to 30 hours) So outgoing calls to customers may be made between /returned within a short time frame.

At least 5 years experience in combined customer service telephone experience and bookkeeping services. Ideal applicant will be:

Quickbooks certified or have a minimum 3 years Quickbooks experience

Must have a minimum of 2-4 years of telephone customer service; taking and receiving calls. Be a better listener than talker

Have a minimum of 1 year CRM experience working with a cloud based customer management software or have experienced in similar cloud software to enter notes, and customer information.

Have your own quiet workspace away from household interruptions along with proper headset for calls

Must have computer with internet access and smartphone. (Smartphone app provided for outgoing calls)
