Customer Service Representative ($14-$16/hr)

Aerotek is hiring customer service representatives!Job Description:This position will be on site in Grand Prairie. They will be taking mostly inbound calls and taking notes on what the consumer is having trouble with on their vehicle. Once they get all the info they need, they will create a work order/ticket for the technician to follow up with the consumer.They take 70-90 calls a day.9:30am-6:00pm (1)7am-3:30pm (1)$14-16 an hrRequirements:

HS diploma

2 years volume call center exp

Preferably someone from a troubleshooting/diagnostics background but not required

Data entry/excel

Outlook

Bilingual highly preferred but not required.
