Resolves difficult interoperabilityproblems to obtain operation across all platforms including e-mail, files transfer, multimedia, teleconferencing and the like. Configures systems to user environments. Supports acquisition of hardware and software as well as subcontractor services. May actas a technical project leader or provide work leadership for lower level employees.Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or other related scientific or technical discipline from accredited college/university and 6+ years of experience in the design, installation, maintenance, and management of complex

network systems that typically link numerous computing platforms, operating systems, and network topologies

Preferred: Master’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or other related scientific or technical discipline from accredited college/university

Demonstrated knowledge of DoD Information Assurance policies

Demonstrated proficiency in acting in and leading integrated process teams as well as coordinating and communicating customer requirements

Three (3) years of demonstrated experience with DoD cybersecurity tools

Six (6) years of demonstrated experience in high level architecture and design perspective of networking, IPv6 networking, developing and performing network test cases, understanding and communicating impacts of technical decisions, educating and mentoring

network security specialists, installation and configuration of Brocade or other similar network related hardware and software, supporting day-to-day operations of networks, and coordinating with stakeholders of major systems of events such as applicationupgrades, hardware upgrades, deployments, load tests, and launches

SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED: Must currently hold a security clearance at the Secret level.
