Rate up to $15/hr. depending on experience.

Various Hours during nights and weekends

Specific Maintenance Activities:

Strip and apply finish to hard floor surfaces; burnish floors; machine scrub all floor types; bonnet and extract carpets and upholstery; spot clean carpets; operate auto scrubber; high dust (above 6 feet); clean windows; pressure wash.

Activities: Arm/disarm security alarm systems and lock doors. Able to work independently.

Equipment Operated/Used:

Vacuum cleaners and extractors; carpet cleaning machines; side-by-side floor machines, upholstery cleaning equipment; pressure washers; burnishers; mop and bucket.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:

Handling heavy loads; physically demanding; combination of sitting, standing, walking, bending, crouching, kneeling, loading and unloading vehicles, and standing on ladders.

Weight Handling: Up to 50 lbs.Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience required

Languages: Basic written and verbal English communication skills.Additional information

Must have valid driver's license and clean abstract. Hiring contingent on clearing criminal background check.
