(Home office is located in Chamberlain, SD.) Duties include leasing, rent collections, resident relations, and management of day-to-day operations. Customer service, sales, organizational, and administrative skills and experience required. Caretaking duties include light yard maintenance and cleaning of apartment turnovers and common areas.
