The Senior Manager of Global Consolidations will report to the Director of Global Consolidations and should have strong and broad technical accounting experience and a high level of knowledge of GAAP. The candidate should have the ability to apply GAAP in an effective manner as well as have knowledge of industry best practices in accounting and business.The individual in this position will be responsible for assisting with the Company’s global consolidation process and other technical accounting, assisting in SOX compliance functions, preparing of key financial statements, and all other tasks as assigned.The candidate must have strong leadership and influencing skills, as well as relationship building and collaboration, judgment, teamwork, people management, and the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with a high degree of discretion, diligence and good judgment.Duties and Responsibilities:Assist in the preparation & review of the financial statements, including the preparation of the consolidated statement of cash flows, consolidated statement of earnings, consolidated statement of comprehensive earnings, consolidated statement of shareholders’ equity, and the consolidated balance sheet.

Assist in review of consolidation journals and consolidation workpapers to support month-end, quarter-end and year-end close. This includes lease accounting, intercompany accounting, acquisition accounting, and other misc. accounting areas.

Act as a liaison between third party internal audit function to develop, drive and improve internal policies and procedures to ensure compliance with the Sarbanes Oxley Act of 2002.

Assist in preparation for quarterly reviews and annual audits from external auditors, as well as assisting in the preparation / review of deliverables to internal & external auditors.

Coach, develop, and motivate other team members in the Global Consolidations group, to assist the team in achieving department and company goals.

Perform other related accounting/financial duties as requested by the Director of Global Consolidations, including system implementations and one-off research projects.

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting required

Active Certified Public Accountant license required

7+ years of progressive accounting experience (public company experience and/or involvement in the global consolidation process preferred).

Experience working with cross-functional teams.

In-depth knowledge of US GAAP.

In-depth knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley requirements and COSO.

Experience working with multiple foreign currency subsidiaries including the consolidation of those entities and preparing statement of cash flows.

Excellent written communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with others and work independently.

Strong analytical and problem solving skills, to be able to identify, pro-actively propose system and process improvements.

High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.

High degree of accuracy, strong attention to detail but also able to look at the “big picture”.

Experience working in a fast-paced environment

A demonstrated history of solving multiple and complex challenges

Strong interpersonal written and oral communication skills
