Global Security protects the firm's employees and assets throughout the world. This responsibility includes the development of security and safety policies and procedures, regulatory and legislative compliance, Security guard management and alarm response, crisis management, ATM, branch and corporate building security and customer safety, physical crime investigations, workplace violence, fire and life safety, executive protection, due diligence, project management and security operations on a global basis.Participates in physical security project activities, meetings, and surveys.

Assists in the development of protection plans based upon LOB and vendor meetings.

Performs annual security profile and review for specified regional facilities.

Identifies and communicates risks and issues to management.

Supports Chase operations in Illinois and surrounding states within the region.

Position has a heavy focus on project management work; additional focus areas: guard force management, physical security reviews, work place violence and other investigations relating to security incidents, crisis management and preparedness, training, and liaison with law enforcement.

Assist Executive Protection team when firm executives are visiting area.

High interaction with branch offices and the respective site leadership.

Travel is required for this position (approx. 30%)

Requirements:3+ years' experience in a security / project management focused role

Degree preferred or equivalent years of specific experience

Analytical Skills

Incident Handling

Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Technical Skills - proficiency with MS office suite
