Summary:Gathers data and provides analysis for the resource management center across the health system. Serves as scheduling system administrator.Work Schedule: PRN
FlexResponsibilities:Completes ongoing analysis of scheduling and coverage needs for facility, region and system.Manages and updates predictive model, volume and acuity adjustments.Manages content of dashboards and reporting of staffing and scheduling utilization and trends.Updates and maintains timekeeping, staffing and scheduling systems including training of end users.Within
scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the
ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a
fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.Requirements:Credentials: None required
Other information:Minimum Required Education: High School diploma or GED. Required Licensure/Certification: None required Minimum Experience: 4 years of relevant experience. Preferred: Payroll experience. Staffing office experience.
The
pay range for this position is: $20.87 - $27.13 / hour . Pay is dependent on
applicant's relevant experience.An annual bonus may be paid to eligible employees based upon organizational and
