Summary: The Product Data Operations (PDO) team plays a critical role in product development at Meta. The team partners closely with Product to drive the human operational rigor that is required to support some of the most advanced machine learning and AI technology at Meta through delivering industry-leading data operations and solutions.As the Head of Facebook Integrity on the PDO team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Managers leading Project Managers who deliver and manage high quality, efficient end-to-end data solutions and proactively surface insights and strategic recommendations for product improvement while driving improvements in operational health. In this role, you will actively engage with colleagues and partners to enhance operational processes across the organization and work to establish a more diverse and inclusive space where individuals feel empowered to do their best work. You will be required to showcase excellent leadership, people management, project management, problem solving, and communication across a highly cross-functional stakeholder base.Specifically, this role will lead a team that designs labeling processes and protocols, including machine learning, measurement, data annotation for Facebook and Instagram products in partnership with Product to minimize bad experiences and shape a healthy public content ecosystem. This role will also work to increase operational maturity and program alignment across PDO’s labeling portfolio, ensure metrics remain above agreed upon targets and work with cross-functional stakeholders to set up and scale labeling experiments consistent with privacy, legal, policy, and communication guidance.Required Skills: Head of Facebook Integrity, Product Data Operations Responsibilities:Provide leadership to a team of Managers and Project Managers and enhance strong collaboration and trust and a commitment to impact.

Define vision, set and communicate team and individual goals, strategy, tactics and behaviors required to achieve medium and long-term goals.

Create structure for the team to solve ambiguous business problems and partner with cross-functional teams to manage a portfolio of projects, and its underlying budget, to deliver against shared product outcomes.

Leverage operational and subject matter expertise to act as a thought leader across a wide range of stakeholders including, but not limited to, Product, Engineering, Policy, Legal, Privacy, Partnerships, Communications and Global Operations.

Shape actionable recommendations about complex issues critically and concisely.

Support the team and cross-functional partners in building external legitimacy through various transparency efforts.

Be prepared to directly manage large projects and coordinate across stakeholders as needed to ensure the right resourcing, execution and communications are in place to deliver meaningful results.

Develop an in-depth understanding of how quality and integrity issues are addressed in Facebook and Instagram products.

Minimum Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications:5+ years of direct people management experience in a complex, fast-moving project/program-based environment

12+ years of experience working in tech, operations or consulting

Problem-solving, critical thinking and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications:2+ years of management experience

Experience in the machine learning space

Experience maturing and automating operations processes across multiple cross-functional stakeholders

Experience managing risk, compliance, and engagement with audit teams
