General Description:The Category Management Lead Analyst position would be responsible for acquiring data from multiple sources, perform data analysis, and provide updates to dashboards in support of the GPTPM/IT leader Council Review. Project management skills are necessary as the ability to manage to a timeline will be critical to the success of the meetings. This person will be required to perform data analysis that helps GP-TPM find leveraging opportunities across multiple areas, teams, and business units.Duties and responsibilitiesProvide key reports for GPTPM/IT Executive Leadership consumption. The work entails retrieving, analyzing, and presenting a mix of data from WAND, Ariba, Tableau, and any other suite of products utilized by GPTPM. Reports to include (i.e. Spend , Supplier Diversity, B2B, among others)

Coordinate with GPTPM/IT Leadership to set dates, agenda, coordinate guest speakers, etc.

Create meeting minutes from the GPTPM/IT Leader Council Review and communicate any action items to the appropriate sourcing and business teams.

Perform routine quality checks on our reporting to build and maintain trust in the data from our users.

Collaborate with team members and the business to check data integrity, add enhancements, and encourage automation through the reporting process

Track aggregate supplier performance against measures and guidelines and report on performance in a monthly, quarterly or annual manner.

Communicate with and convene other Cigna matrix partners as needed.

Support teammates with ad hoc reporting and other vendor management requests.

Qualifications/ Technical Skill Requirements:Expert with Microsoft Office Tools

Familiarity with Tableau and/or Ariba (a plus)

Personal Competencies:Strong quantitative analytical and problem solving skills

Strong project management, presentation and facilitating skills

Uses rigorous logic and methods to solve difficult problems with effective solutions

Attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience and confidence with Senior Leadership interactions

Ability to manage own time and set priorities of others

Take pride and responsibility in work produced/results achieved

Experience/Knowledge:Bachelor or Master’s degree or equivalent work experience

2-3 years of relevant work experience, healthcare preferred

Prior relationship management experience is a plus

Demonstrated ability to identify and lead process improvement projects

Experience interpreting and defining business requirements for complex business problems

Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and take initiative with limited direction
