The Director of Contract Administrationwillreview and negotiatethe legal terms and conditionsin customer contractsas needed, as well as documenting and agreeing on any changes or amendments that may arise during its implementation or execution. Ensuresmutually agreed contracts comply with laws and organizational policiesfor the purpose of maximizing financial and operationalperformance and minimizing risk for the applicable CLG Entities.Supportsand assiststhe CLG Sales and Marketing Department in negotiating and finalizing customer contracts.Director of Contract Management primary functions consist of Customer contract management Reading, understanding and negotiatingthe terms and conditions,in customer or third-party contracts with applicable internal teams to ensurethe ability to complywith the terms and conditionsDocumenting and agreeing on any changes or amendments that may arise during its implementation or execution. Ensure contracts complywith laws and organizational policies for the purpose of maximizing financial and operational performance and minimizing risk for the applicable CLG Entities. Exercise purview over the following business disciplines: Authorizing and negotiation, Communication management, Contract visibility and awareness, Document management housed in the Company’s contract management software, (Agiloft), Growth and support (for Sales-side contracts), Contract compliance/governance.Employee may perform other related duties as required to meet the ongoing needs of Covenant.
