A permanent Office Administrative Assistant position is currently available in the Chicago, Illinois area. Client offers a Hybrid work schedule- 3 days in office 2 days remote 9-5!Recruiter: Connie StathopoulosHow you will make an impact▪ Provide administrative support to other team members when needed.▪ Meet, greet, and direct visitors to the appropriate location of meeting. ▪ Enter all visitors into security system. ▪ Organize conference room bookings and coordinate catering needs. ▪ Tidy and maintain reception area, conference rooms, kitchen, etc. ▪ Manage phone lines; answer and direct all incoming phone calls.▪ Maintenance of office equipment, (copy machines, stamp machine, etc.).▪ Coordinate the pick-up and delivery of express mail and courier services (FedEx, UPS, messenger, etc.). . ▪ Assist with duties such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and data entry.▪ Shared coverage of administrative email inbox.▪ Check inventory of office supplies. Assist with placing orders and restocking. ▪ Assist in making travel arrangements.▪ Desire to obtain long-term employment.▪ Assist with ad hoc projects.Requirements We are looking for an individual who is efficient and comfortable being a member of a team. Their duties include answering and transferring phone calls to employees, sorting and delivering mail to employees and greeting visitors when they arrive for meetings. The ability to multi-task, while maintaining complex schedules and managing administrative support, is essential in this position. The ideal candidate for this job is resourceful, a good problem solver and organized.
