This Customer Service Representative job is long-term contract / temporary to hire, and located in Cornelius, North Carolina.How you will make an impactReceive and place telephone calls

You will likely support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers

Offer friendly, accurate customer service in a timely fashion

Manage the fielding and sending of important written business correspondence

Requirements - Customer service and office administrative skills

Demonstrated talents in communicating and interacting with clients/customers, both internal and external

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Microsoft Office experience preferred

Creative problem solver who anticipates risks and opportunities and maintains a vision for continuous improvement

Upbeat, positive attitude and an approach to work rooted in professionalism

Ability to use multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information

Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly

Computer Data Entry experience highly desired

Strong familiarity with e-commerce

Retail E-Commerce experience

Proven knowledge of Answering Inbound Calls

Customer service experience desired

Expertise in Electronic Payments

Demonstrated experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries

2+ years' experience with performing in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred
