The Human Resources Associate who will report to the Director of Human Resources. This is a key role within the Human Resources function and provides change and project management support for the HR team. This role provides great exposure to all aspects of HR and plays an integral role in attracting, supporting, developing and empowering the people. This role collaborates with other departments across a wide spectrum of responsibilities. Bachelor’s degree in psychology, business, communications or related field. PHR certification a plus. Ability to manage projects independently and to communicate with all levels within the organization. Ability to effectively prioritize workload and adapt quickly to change.
