Utilize adobe, word and excel

Getting the mail from the local mailbox. Sorting and distributing to other office staff

Coding invoices

6.Other administrative duties as requiredRequirements Demonstrated experience in customer service, problem-solving, complaint resolution, and negotiation

Demonstrated knowledge in real estate, financial and/or contract preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel
