Description A well-respected Robert Half client is seeking a Recruiter to join the company for an interim opportunity.This contract position will play a key role in our client's recruitment efforts. Responsibilities include recruiting and evaluating job candidates; advising managers on hiring best practices; as well as planning, implementing, and evaluating employee recruitment plans.What you get to do every dayMaintain department reports and records

Work to increase attractiveness of the organization by recommending new policies and practices, monitoring job offers and compensation practices

Assemble recruiting requirements based on organization plans and objectives and internal hiring needs from managers

Interview applicants, analyze responses, verify references, and compare qualifications to job requirements

Support the onboarding of new hires Requirements - Ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, with functional department managers

Experience working in a dynamic and changing company environment a plus

Strong time management and organizational skills

Must be detail oriented and have the ability to multi-task and work independently

3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent
