ResponsibilitiesThe Product line manager will provide technical support for the overall business within North America. This includes designers, fulfillment and supply chain, customer service and commercial support. Responsibilities and duties: Drive compliance of all safety rules and company policies of Weatherford

Technical oversight over industrial pumps

Work with Area Sales and operation, global and local product line managers to determine and implement product line business strategies.

Evaluates pricing strategies with sales and operations

Oversee the demand and supply planning (fulfillment)

Provide customer service to external and internal clients

Have the ability to design industrial pump packages for various distributors and end users

Provide input to R&D

Support commercial proposals and value propositions

QualificationsTechnical Diploma/Degree required. Additionally, some formal business training or MBA preferred

15 years` experience in oil field related employment

5-10 years` experience in industrial pumps

Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.

Experience in strategic planning and execution. Knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and change management. Skill in examining tenders, market conditions and operational requirements.

Experience in sales and marketing.

Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.

Ability to develop financial plans and manage resources. Ability to analyze and interpret financial data Ability to prepare financial reports, statements, and projections.

Knowledge of communications and public relation techniques. Ability to develop and deliver professional presentations.

Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate and interact with officials at all levels of government and clients. Work effectively across a diverse multicultural multilingual community.
