- The IT Junior Functional Engineer within the Engineering & Applications team, accompanies and delivers the analysis, design, configuration, customization, testing, deployment and support for applications, within the planning & forecasting process area.
- Fully competent and productive professional contributor, who can work and partner as a team player on medium to large projects/assignments.
- Willing to learn & apply new processes & technologies across the organization.
- Functional analysis working in medium to large projects within the supply planning space. Accountabilities across multiple functional and technical areas with wide range of complexity.
- Proactive analysis of business processes and identification of innovative ways to address near term business needs.
- Map the supply chain planning & forecasting space and partner with the business in the co-creation of solutions that add value to Client.
- Drives the evaluation of the factors which must be addressed in any process change or improvement.
- Gains in-depth understanding & updates of the planning business processes for their capability area applied to APO Systems and IBP as set of subsystems.
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-3 year internship/functional/technical role in local/regional companies with exposure to inhouse basic supply chain processes and/or system tools experience as an analyst.
- SAP ERP systems, APO SCM, IBP and/or Microsoft tools and knowledge is considered a plus.
- Possess good communication skills and exhibits creative thinking to be able to come up with ideas to business challenges
- Self-starter with very good initiative for investigation and analysis looking to overcome obstacles
- Cultivates networking opportunities within the organization
- Ability to work in a virtual team which may work across distance (remote), cultures and timezones
- Verbal and written fluency in English as a native language is mandatory
