Requirements: 2-5 years of experience working in IT help-desk in a Windows / Mac mixed environment Experience with Cloud based applications Experience with Active Directory Great communication and strong multitasking ability Experience managing user's computers in a professional environment On-site flexibility to provide support for company members and resources as needed.

Responsibilities: Act as a point person for Help Desk issues User life-cycle management Deploy new software and hardware via MDM tools Focus on the security posture of all IT Infrastructure and end user devices Provide technical support for large scale meetings
