High Priority Capgemini Job Title : Business Analyst (Payment) Job Location : San Leandro, CA Job Description :

• Lead business analysis and solution consulting by working with Product Managers to create functional requirements to be used by engineering teams.
• Good knowledge of Payment schemes like FedWire, CHIPS,ACH, SWIFT, IAT, RTP, etc. Participate in , estimations, documenting user stories / BRD / BDD, solution testing, etc.
• Knowledgeable of ISO20022, BAI standards, etc. and back-office integration.
• Experience with all the phases of SDLC System Development Life Cycle right from Requirements gathering and business case development to implementation/rollout with understanding of Agile and other methodologies.
• Should have worked on Gap Analysis, Data Lineage, Data mapping and specifications. Experienced in working with Cross functional teams, multiple vendors, and large implementations
• Expertise in testing methodologies, testing processes, establishing QA processes, and managing application throughout the testing lifecycle.
• Experience in working with development teams with Java back-end including Spring Boot, Spring, Microservices architecture.
• Expertise in debugging and troubleshooting existing code
• Should have effective communication, analytical & problem- solving skills abilities and Effective in working independently and collaboratively in teams with problem solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
