Responsibilities
The candidate will need a strong waterfall background as well as an understanding of agile and be able to support changing priorities. We work as a team in this area and need someone who is a team player. They need to have strong BA skills and follow IIBA processes. BPMN experience in creating process flows is a plus. They will need strong documentation and stakeholder management skills. Other than this, they will need strong communications skills and the standard BA required skills. I am not looking for a senior BA for this role. They will be supporting the team on larger projects and taking on some smaller efforts as workloads vary.
