SAP Business Analyst - Houston, TX

SAP Business Analyst Houston, TX (Onsite) Long Term Contract Experience:

• Gathering and documenting business requirements and acting as a liaison between business and technical teams
• Hands-on SAP ERP systems (ECC or S/4 HANA) including understanding of core technical concepts and applications/modules. An understanding of BW and GRC is beneficial.
• Evaluating and prioritizing service requests, incidents and enhancements in post-go-live environment
• Coordinating responses to service requests, incidents and enhancements to ensure appropriate service levels are met
• Test planning and preparation, including development of test scripts
• End user training and communication

• Excellent communication (written and verbal)
• Disciplined and systematic in analysis and problem-solving
