Job Title: Agile Project Manager (Hybrid Onsite - Locals Preferred) Location: Hartford, CT Duration: 6 Months Job Type: Corp-Corp / 1099 / Contract W2 Rate: $75/hr on C2C Notes: Local candidates preferred, the position is hybrid, both in-person and remote. Job Description:

• Seasoned Agile trained Project Manager (PM) to work directly with Department of Social Service staff as well as third party/vendor to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget.
• The incumbent should be familiar with a variety of the project management concepts, practices and procedures.
• Rely on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Work as a delivery lead and perform a variety of tasks.
• Lead and direct the work of others and must be a team player.
• Will report to a manager or head of a unit/department.

• Coordinate resources for the delivery through the SDLC of a case management system using Salesforce platform
• Ensure that all project milestones and deliverables are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Develop a project plan to monitor and track progress
• Manage changes to the project scope and schedule using appropriate verification techniques
• Prepare reports for management and the stakeholders regarding the status of the project
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Manage the relationship with all stakeholders
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Communicate and provide notification of the schedule as it is developed and the impact
• Delegate project tasks to team members as needed
• Track project performance
• Perform other related duties as assigned
• Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and document processes as needed

• Proven working experience in project management
• Agile SDLC process experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Salesforce experience
• RPA experience a plus
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
• Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
