Project Manager / Superintendent (Little Ferry)

Construction Company is looking for Project Manager with construction experience to join our team.

Candidate must have the following to be considered:

Minimum 5 years relevant experience

Must have a strong knowledge of commercial construction

Must be able to read and interpret plans and specifications

Must be able to perform takeoffs

Must have basic computer knowledge

Position Description

Manage 2-4 projects simultaneously.

Comprehensive plan, scope and specification review prior to construction

Perform supplier/subcontractor leveling and buyout

Initiate any RFI's, Change Orders etc throughout project

Run the day to day operations on construction sites from start to finish

Attend meetings and appointments as a company representative

Understand the requirements of each project and be able to communicate effectively with everyone involved

Report to Upper management any relevant issues/concerns or information
