Description: Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control is seeking a Subcontract Program Manager for an Expatriate position in Warsaw, Poland supporting multiple PAC-3 Poland Offsets projects for Integrated Air and Missile Defense line of business. This position requires a minimum 2-year commitment as an Expatriate in Poland. The PAC-3 Poland subcontract program manager is an exciting fast paced leadership role and will be the in-country point of contact providing comprehensive program oversight to ensure that all offsetee standup activities are implemented consistent with planned strategies and commitments.The in-country program manager will serve as the Lockheed Martin in-country lead and will report status to all levels of Program Management and Global Supply Chain in support of technology transfer and production line capability standup.The in-country program manager will act as a liaison between Lockheed Martin leadership and the assigned partner company(s) in Poland.The in-country program manager will manage multi-functional resources in the execution of contract requirements such as training and technical assistance.The in-country program manager will manage all costs, quality, schedule, financial and technical requirements to ensure performance and support of program milestones.The in-country program manager will be a task and process-oriented leader with the full suite of Project Management oriented competencies and experience from planning through execution. This leader also needs to have demonstrated an ability to lead and motivate in a highly complex multi-functional production program environment.In addition to the daily responsibilities this leader will be expected to create a culture that allows their team to produce their best results, maintain a culture of accountability, and integrate a strategy that supports the vision of our Production Operations Organization and Program Management team.Basic Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in business or Engineering- Willingness to relocate to Poland for a minimum 2-year expatriate assignment- Must have the ability to obtain a secret clearance- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously while executing leadership plans/vision- Ability to effectively manage and work with cross functional and geographically dispersed team- Ability to oversee multiple tasks/projects simultaneously and deal with competing priorities in a fast-paced environment- Project management/leadership experience- Schedule management experience- Advanced interpersonal skills- Collaboration Skills- Excellent communication (verbal, written and presentation) skills- Problem Solving Skills- Experience in EVMS- Ability to identify risks and develop risk mitigation plans- Excellent Business acumen and ability to make business-based decisions- Ability to work with and report to all levels of management- Ability to interpret contract requirements and scope- Willingness to work- Microsoft Office Suite proficiencyDesired Skills:- Knowledge of PAC-3 systems and operations is preferred- Experience in managing international programs/projects- Experience in International Trade Compliance (ITC), export licensing- Experience working with external customers and suppliers- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships based on mutual respect with peers, customers and team members- Working knowledge of Lockheed Martin processes- Experience in supplier development- Knowledge of FAR and DFARS requirements and implementation- Polish language proficiency a plus- Ability to travel (domestic and internationally)BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:job.QualificationsLockheed Martin is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
