Be More Than You Can Imagine .As an Employee Communications Associate Manager, you will serve as a leader dedicated to Human Resources, Culture Transformation and Employee Engagement efforts, this manager is responsible for setting the overall Human Resources and Culture Transformation Communications strategy, in close collaboration Operations and Strategy Communications.In this role, you will lead a small team of communicators, providing mentoring and coaching, assigning appropriate work assignments and executing the employee communications strategy for Lockheed Martin Aeronautics and Fort Worth site engagements.In addition, the manager provides direct executive support to the Vice President, Human Resources and Director, Employee Engagement and the broader Human Resources leadership team.A level 4 employee Typically has 9 - 15 years of professional experience.What’s In It For YouOur employees play an active role in strengthening the quality of life where we live and work by volunteering more than 850,000 hours annually.
