Litigation Paralegal

The Annapolis law firm of Wharton Levin Ehrmantraut & Klein is looking to add a Paralegal/Legal Assistant to its medical malpractice defense team. Duties will include:

- Draft minor pleadings and legal documents

- Scheduling experts and witnesses for depositions

- Analyze, review, organize medical records and reports

- Working with experts to provide them with records, pleadings, and other documentation

- Draft discovery requests and responses

- Assist attorneys prepare for depositions

- Assist with preparing witnesses and experts for depositions and trials

- Prepare for trials and provide assistance at trial
