We are seeking a proactive, intelligent recruiting researcher for candidate sourcing. The primary responsibility for this role is researching and identifying top-tier candidates for recruiting assignments via a variety of digital platforms, including search engines, social media, professional networking sites and traditional methods such as print references and phone work. In addition, this person will guide and manage occasional external researchers hired on a project basis. Other responsibilities include research related data entry, generating reports and various other tasks related to research.
Must be organized, able to lead projects, prioritize, multi-task and change course with ease, take direction well and efficiently deliver relevant research. Familiarity with Boolean search operators and ability to navigate social media and professional networking sites. Ideal candidate is detail-oriented, creative thinker who can handle repetitive research tasks as well as have the insight to generate new search tactics and judge viability of candidates.
We provide a professional and creative environment and are looking for the right person who will work with us on an ongoing basis. Depending on work load, this position will provide a schedule of hours from 10-25 hours per week, typically 20. This will be a remote position, the company is based in NYC and the Principal divides time between NY and Arizona.
Experience in Recruiting Research with strong skills in sourcing strategy
Skilled at cold calling into organizations to identify names and contact information of target prospects
Developing and executing Boolean searches
Crafting compelling job ads and email campaigns
Interest in assisting in Sales and New Business Development strategy and outreach
Must be a team-player with a flexible attitude and ability to perform well under pressure
Analytical problem solver with a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
Exceptional attention to detail
Ability to prioritize and work in a self-disciplined, creative environment
Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills
Preferred knowledge of design industry
Bachelor degree required; master's degree or graduate degree helpful
